Let me know if this will help.
If not, use emulator to extract the archive again or better just set locale to Japanese. While extracting some of the files might have turned into gibberish or question marks, this is likely the reason you are getting an error.
The audio file worked, but now its missing a tileset image. Uses Winrar to extract in Japanese locale as well as ran the program with Jap Locale
I’ve updated the archive from zip to rar. It should fix the issue.
